About the Practitioner

Liz Gappert, LMT

I graduated from Heritage College in Denver, Colorado in January 2004.  I completed 1200 hours of massage therapy, anatomy, physiology, and kineseology training.  Some of the modalities I learned are Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, and rain drop therapy.

From there I worked in a rehabilitative massage clinic for a year and a half.

My mission in being a massage therapist is to help my clients achieve stress and pain relief which will improve overall health.

I was interested in massage therapy because of the non-invasive approach to healing the body.  I understand that stress causes many ailments including general pain and decreased focus and extreme as cancer and other devastating diseases.

I grew up on a farm south of Judson, ND as Elizabeth Kautzman.  I am married with a 2 1/2 year old daughter and an 11 month old daughter.  I love spending time with my family and helping on the farm.
